It's been a huge year for Post Malone, and after earning his first No. 1 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart with "Rockstar," the track is now officially certified platinum. According to the RIAA, the 21 Savage-featured song has reached platinum status as of Oct. 27, 2017, which comes just a couple of weeks following the record hitting No. 1 on the Hot 100 chart.

Both the Syracuse and Atlanta hip-hop stars teamed up for the major single, which previously made history by breaking Apple Music's single-week streaming record with 25 million plays in the week of its debut. The Louis Bell and Tank-produced song is believed to be the first single off Malone's anticipated sophomore album, Beerbongs and Bentleys, which still doesn't have a set release date.

"Rockstar" isn't the only song to reach platinum status on Oct. 27 for Post Malone, as the New York native also earned himself plaques for "Go Flex" and "I Fall Apart." His "Candy Paint" song also has officially gone gold as of Oct. 31, according to the RIAA.

Fans are patiently awaiting Malone's next project, which he previously claimed would feature production from Metro Boomin and Frank Dukes. He also believes that it will be bigger than his 2016 debut album, Stoney, claiming that "everything's a hit" on the new project.

Congratulations to Post Malone and 21 Savage on their major platinum accomplishment.
