Iggy Azalea And Nick Young Are Not Breaking Up

Just a couple of weeks ago, the vultures were circling. Earlier in January, rumors swirled that Iggy Azalea and Nick Young were going through a rough patch, a catalyst for or symptom of being the shots of the Los Angeles Lakers guard cruising around with another woman in his car. (The car in question, of course, was the 1962 Chevy Impala that Iggy had purchased for him for Christmas, which would have added a great deal of insult to injury.) In the wake of the pictures surfacing, Young took to Twitter to defend himself and his relationship, in the process indicating that he was in the doghouse and might even be sleeping on the couch.

Now, as she so often has in recent months, Iggy has taken to Twitter. Her goal was to make something very simple and very clear: she and Nick are not breaking up. "For the record: I love my boyfriend," she wrote, adding that she hasn't broken up with the USC grand and doesn't "plan on splitting anytime soon." Finally, the rapper had a tongue-in-cheek apology for everyone attempting to pry into her personal life: "Sorry, I'm happy."

Iggy is nominated for four Grammy awards: Best New Artist, Best Rap Album for The New Classic and both Best Pop Duo/Group Performance and Record Of The Year for "Fancy."
