Nelly Doesn’t Want To Pay Taxes

Being that the government is shut down, Nelly believes that taxes should get a temporary axe also. With reasoning that taxes are collected in order for the government to run cohesively, and at the moment the government is not running, the rapper thinks that U.S citizens should get a break also.

"I'm trying to campaign that since the government is not working, we shouldn't have to pay taxes," said Nelly in an interview with vh1. "Paying taxes is supposed to pay for the government, which in turn is not working. So if they're not working, I shouldn't have to pay taxes."

Solid point for the rapper, who is sure to get gravely taxed on his current income.
