Method Man Recruits Dave East, Joe Young and Hanz for “Eviction” Video
Method Man is a unstoppable machine when it comes to putting out quality bars, and he's making sure that his latest release has some MC friends who can keep up. The Staten Island veteran just dropped the music video for his "Eviction" record, which he put out back in January, and recruits Dave East, Joe Young and Hanz to star alongside him.
While Max B is also featured on the track, he was unable to be in attendance for the video shoot being that he is still currently serving his reportedly shortened 75-year prison sentence. Meth and friends still hold it down, however, as they spit some hardcore verses for the colorful visuals.
As Dave East comes in for the beginning verse of the Dame Grease-produced record, as well as the repetitive "I feel like they just evicted me" hook, we see him in a well-lit empty basement. Meth soon follows up posted up next to a fence, shining in front of some blue and red lights before handing the spotlight over to Joe Young and Hanz to top off the song.
This is the first release fans are getting ahead of the Wu-Tang Clan member's upcoming Methlab 2 the Lithium album, which is dropping soon. The project serves as the follow-up to Meth's 2015 release, The Meth Lab, which saw critical acclaim.
