Ludacris has been invited to perform during halftime at Game 2 of the Atlanta Hawks and Brooklyn Nets 2015 NBA Playoff series.

The actor/rapper is a former radio personality in his hometown city and is currently celebrating the 15th anniversary of his Disturbing Tha Peace record label. He will spend the night with the Hawks, kicking it off by helping current Atlanta radio host and Hawks PA Announcer Ryan Cameron with player introductions. The Furious 7 movie star will later hit the court for a halftime performance, join the FOX Sports South television broadcast after the under 6:00 timeout in the third and end the night with a post-game concert.

Fans will have the opportunity to get limited edition Ludacris-Inspired Hawks Shirts at the Philips Arena, inspired by the DTP anniversary, as well as the Hawks successful season. Ludacris' Ludaversal album will be available for purchase during the game. Attendees will also have the opportunity to hear select instrumental versions of Luda's favorite tracks on the record.

"As an Atlantan who has supported the Hawks for years, I jumped at the opportunity to collaborate with the organization in a memorable way,” an excited Ludacris said. "This has been an incredible season for the city of Atlanta and the team, and I’m excited take the energy in Philips Arena up a notch for the playoffs."

A month ago, 2 Chainz was the CEO for the day of the ATL Franchise, and now Luda gets a turn to be the man of the honor. Tip off is tonight (Apr. 22) at 7 p.m.
