London rapper Jay Prince drops off the sunny single, "AfroPhunk" featuring SiR and Joyce Wrice. Self-produced, the lyrical think piece is the lead single off Prince's upcoming EP, Beautiful Mercy, due out November 20. SiR and Wrice hold down the catchy hook for some lush sonic layering while Jay raps about separating the real from the fake over soulful horns.

It's obvious from the track that the 22-year-old puts an emphasis on conceptual rap and plays with the memory of old school R&B.
