Lil Yachty's debut album is ready to take on the high seas.

The Atlanta rapper recently confirmed the LP is done, hopping on Twitter and posting, "Listening to teenage emotions.. it's finally complete."

The 2016 XXL Freshman's album has been highly anticipated. He described the vibe of the project as throwback when asked in a recent interview. “[Teenage Emotions] kind of got an ’80s, ’90s vibe on some of the tracks,” Yachty said of his new project. “It’s called Teenage Emotions, so it caters to a teenager’s everyday lifestyle: heartbreak, happiness, that vibe of when you’re waking up in the morning, getting dressed and want to dance. It’s not just bars or straight mumble rap, it goes down different lanes. I be rapping real hard on this one, I be pop singing on this, and I be talking about being lost in love on this one, then back to ‘fuck you, suck my dick.'”

Yachty is enjoying success in 2017, while building up to the project, which still doesn't have a release date. His single "1 Night" off the Lil Boat mixtape has gone platinum. And he's recently made plays with brands like Sprite and Nautica.

Last month, he was named on Forbes' 2017 Hip-Hop Cash Princes list, along with D.R.A.M., Desiigner, Tory Lanez, Lil Uzi Vert, NoName, Isaiah Rashad, Stormzy, Bryson Tiller and Young M.A.
