Kodak Black is officially out of jail. After being transferred to Florence, S.C. jail to face charges of criminal sexual conduct, the 19-year-old rapper born Dieuson Octave has been freed on $100,000 bond.

He posted a picture to Instagram, announcing his freedom and thanking his team.

"I'm happy to finally be going home to my family and friends," he wrote in the caption. "I look forward to clearing my name in the very near future. I want to thank God, my family, my team (Vanessa, Phatboy and James McMillan), Atlantic Records, my lawyers and all of my fans for your continuous love and support. I can't wait to get back to doing what I love most - working at being the illest rapper alive."

According to a Sun Sentintel reporter, his lawyer says Kodak is "really doing great, he's very happy to be out in the fresh air."

Just yesterday, new details surfaced about the night Kodak is being accused of sexually assaulting a girl. According to the warrant for his arrest, the Pompano Beach rapper forced a girl to have sex in a Comfort Inn and Suites hotel in Florence, S.C. His lawyers in South Florida, Gary Kollin and Allan Zamren, insisted he'll be found innocent. “We are firmly convinced that he will be vindicated in that charge and shortly be set free,” said Kollin. Kodak now has a lawyer in S.C. named Beattie Ashmore.
