Jim Jones is back in hot water. XXLMag.com has learned that the Dipset Capo was picked up earlier today and charged with a suspended New Jersey license.

His longtime lawyer, Scott Leemon told XXLMag.com that he negotiated Jones’ release from custody about an hour ago.As of press time no further information is available.

Jones is currently prepping the release of his new solo album, Capo. The disc, which features appearances from Game, Raekwon, Lloyd Banks, Prodigy, Wyclef, Ashanti and of course Cam’ron, is set to hit stores on April 5. —Jesse Gissen
