Jay-Z’s 40/40 Club in NY Shuts Down for Renovations
On Wednesday (June 1), Jay-Z and business partner, Juan Perez, announced that their flagship 40/40 Club in New York City will be undergoing a total renovation.
According to New York's Daily News, designer Jeffery Beers will lead the redesign for the nightclub’s transformation. Scheduled to re-open this September, Jay and his associates hope to enhance the luxury sports bar experience.
Next year the venue will hit the 10-year mark as one of NYC's premier destinations for sports enthusiasts and club goers. —Amber McKynzie
