Earlier this year, it was revealed JAY-Z and his superstar wife Beyoncé had officially earned the status of billion-dollar couple—and boy, have they been acting like it. According to the Los Angeles Times, the iconic husband and wife recently copped themselves an $88 million mansion out in L.A.

The publication reports Hov and Bey paid for their Bel-Air mansion through blind trusts, and now carry a mortgage of $52.8 million mortgage for their new home. They'll pay $252,075 per month for roughly 30 years. It's probably a worthwhile price to pay for a crib that's better described as a modernized, imperial wonderland than as a "swanky mansion."

Hov and Bey's new crib, which was developed by Dave McKillen, is composed of six buildings and spans about 30,000 square-feet. It includes a basketball court, four outdoor swimming pools, a wellness center, a media room, a spa and quarters for staff members. It rests behind gates and on two lush green acres of land. Blue Ivy and her new twin siblings will have a blast playing manhunt.

The Los Angeles Times claim Jay and Bey's purchase is Los Angeles County's highest sale of 2017 so far, and it's the sixth biggest sale of a single family home. Pretty insane stuff, but considering who we're talking about, we shouldn't be surprised.
