Last week, Jamie Foxx released his first single in four years called "Party Aint A Party" featuring 2 Chainz and DJ Mustard, but their celebration might be ending a little bit sooner than they planned. According to a TMZ report, the three hit makers are being sued by an up-and-coming artist named J Rand for apparently jacking his entire song.

The lyrics and beat are spot on, the only thing differentiating the tracks are the musicians involved. Nontra Records—the music label representing J Rand—calls the attempt to steal the song "blatant and shameless" because there is a very common factor in J Rand's version of the song and Jamie Foxx's version. DJ Mustard produced both tracks.
