Foot Locker is gearing up for its fifth annual "Week of Greatness" and to help celebrate the exciting week of sneaker releases ahead, the retail store has tapped various sports athletes and celebrities to star in their nationwide commercial ads. Among those featured in Foot Locker's latest Week of Greatness campaign, is Queens rapper Ja Rule, who stars in a hilarious commercial playing the role of a Uber cab driver.

Kicking off its “Week of Greatness” campaign with five new spots featuring NFL quarterback Tom Brady, NBA forward Carmelo Anthony, NBA point guard Kyrie Irving, European soccer players Gareth Bale and Anthony Martial and Ja Rule, the “Week of Greatness” will provide a full week of the hottest sneaker releases and freshest gear from Foot Locker’s top brands. New releases will drop every day during the “Week of Greatness” in Foot Locker and Kids Foot Locker stores globally for one week beginning Nov. 19.

In Ja Rule's Foot Locker commercial, the "Always Time" rapper stars as a Uber driver who reminisces on his great days of the past. Ja Rule engages in a friendly conversation about Foot Locker’s fifth-annual “Week of Greatness” with the passengers. As his customers leave the car, Ja Rule reminds them to give him a five-star rating.
