Gillie Da Kid has just clapped back at Cassidy for his comments in a Thisis50.com interview where Cass shot down Gillie’s opinion that he lost the URL battle rap event against his opponent Goodz last month.

On Thursday (May 23), Gillie jumped onto his Instagram account and posted two videos confirming that he did watch the rap battle between Cassidy and Goodz and that he thinks that Cassidy “laid a shitty brown egg” with his performance. But the Philadelphia rap veteran also warned Cassidy to not disrespect him anymore.

“Just because I’m out here I’m being a leader in the community and I’m being a positive role model for the kids, don’t disrespect me, man. Don’t make me update my work on you, boy," Gillie seethed. "'Cause you know I catch your ass and check your temperature. And I’ll take that muthafucka from 100 down to room temperature real fast, man.”

“If you ain’t got nothing to say positive about me, don’t mention me at all, man,” Gillie continued. “And if you do mention me fix your energy, nigga. ‘Cause if me and you were face-to-face, you know goddamn well you wouldn’t have that energy, boy.”

“Don’t make me update my work on you, man” he concluded.

Gillie was responding to Cassidy's May 21 Thisis50.com interview in which the Larsiny rapper dismissed Gillie’s opinion that he lost the rap battle against Goodz.

“Gillie haven’t see the battle," said Cass, who dropped his Banana Clips Vol. 1 mixtape last July. “These niggas don’t even judge battle rap. I never seen Gillie judging no battle rap before...he [has] never seen the fucking battle. He don’t know what’s going on [and] he didn’t hear any of the bars."

“It don’t even matter what Gill said, at the end of the day, I clearly bodied the man [Goodz],” he added.

Cassidy has not responded to Gillie's heated IG video as of yet.
