Meek Mill made plenty of noise with the release of his Wins & Losses album this summer, and now G Herbo is hopping on one of the fan favorite tracks. The Chicago rapper is lending his lyirical abilities to remix Meek's "We Ball" record, which originally featured Young Thug on the project.

While the original record serves as an emotional tribute to Lil Snupe from the Philadelphia MC, Herbo makes sure to show love to his closest boys, as well as those that have fallen, by rapping about them being like family. He also talks about wanting to make sure they always win together, and holding each other down from a loyal standpoint.

Just this past week, the 2016 XXL Freshman finally unveiled the release date for his upcoming Humble Beast album, which will be coming out on Sept. 22. Herb spoke with XXL about the upcoming album, stating that it's taking so long because he is working hard to make it perfect.

“My album is taking so long because it’s gon’ be perfect,” Herbo explains in the interview. “I want my album to put you in the mind of [JAY-Z’s] Reasonable Doubt and [Nas’] Illmatic. That’s what I want my album to resemble, so it’s gon’ take time. You can’t rush it.”
