Professional boxers Floyd Mayweather and Adrien Broner are trying to make this Chris Brown vs. Soulja Boy fight happen. Yesterday (Jan. 4), Mayweather and Broner posted promotional flyers of the potential boxing match on Instagram.

One of the promo flyers, featured on the Instagram page for Broner's About Millions Promotions company, offers up a possible fight date of Jan. 28 in Las Vegas. The caption reads, "Fuck what @50cent talkin bout lame nigga always tryin to get in the fuckin way Jan 28th Las Vegas see you there."

As reported earlier, 50 Cent is also involved in promoting the potential showdown between SB and C. Breezy. The IG post from About Millions Promotions suggests that there is some tension between camps on when to schedule the fight.

Additionally, this morning (Jan. 5), Soulja Boy posted an IG video with Mayweather in which the rapper and the fighter hype up the fight and boast about how much money they're going to rake in. "Champ, what we gon' do? Mayweather Promotions," Soulja Boy says. "We gotta get the money. The biggest fight of the century!"

Meanwhile, Adrien Broner posted a a different promotional flyer to his personal Instagram account, adding the caption, "It's going down in March they both getting prepared for the epic fight of the beginning of the year  @chrisbrownofficial VS @souljaboy Tickets will be available shortly.... I will let y'all know the location and specific date soon!!!!!"

It's interesting to note that, on his personal account, Broner says the fight is going down in March. However, on Broner's promotions company page, there is a post claiming the fight is happening in late January.

This is all still pretty strange, considering Soulja Boy apologized to his fans yesterday and claimed he wanted to be on good terms with C. Breezy again. Now it seems the fight is on.
