Fetty Wap made his The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon debut Tuesday night (May 5) to perform his hit single "Trap Queen." In the beginning of the performance Fetty was clearly shy and apprehensive. But by the time he got into singing the hook, his charisma and energy tripled. Backed by The Roots, the Paterson, NJ. product performed his top five Billboard Hot 100 single while simultaneously stealing the heart of America (too much?). Fall Out Boy joined Fetty Wap for his live television debut at the 2015 MTV Movie Awards last month to perform "Trap Queen."

Ever since Kanye West brought him out at the first annual Roc City Classic, things have been going really well for F.W. In the mini-documentary below, the camera follows Fetty as he prepared for the show and met Kanye West. The young spitta also talks about his new deal with 300 Ent. and what it means to be the only rapper hailing from Paterson.

The momentum has been picking up for the Remy Boyz spokesman. Fetty's new single "My Way" is already a fan favorite and was just remixed by Drake. "Trap Queen" was also remixed with new verses from his hero Gucci Mane, Quavo of Migos plus an additional UK version with a verse from Azealia Banks. Before that, Fetty has been featured on K Camp's “1Hunnid (Remix),” Rich The Kid's "Keep It 100," Baauer's "Promises" and also his own loose cut "Show You."
