It seems Drake is learning a thing or two about real estate.

Drizzy just sold his two adjacent Miami condos for $2.5 million, which he bough just last year for $1.9. While they sold foralmost $100,000 less than Drake's original asking price, he still made a decent profit. The Toronto rapper sold the properties to Miami Heat Point Guard Mario Chalmers.

Together, the apartments make up about 5,500 square feet of living space in a brand new luxury building downtown called the Marquis Residences and comes equipped with a spa and fitness center, pool deck and valet parking.

While he sold his Miami apartments, Drake is far from homeless. The MC recently rented a $9 million, six-bedroom, 10-bath mansion in Hidden Hills, California, for $45,000 a month. The house allegedly features a water oasis leading into a cave with seats and a wet bar, a tennis court, five stall horse facilities with riding arena, a sand volleyball court, a mechanical bull, a 24-seat theater, game room, and a wine cellar/tasting room. —Gina Montana
