It seems like Drake's "Say What's Real" got the sample clearance necessary from Kanye West to debut on streaming services everywhere.

On Thursday night (Feb. 14), the Toronto rapper's breakthrough mixtape So Far Gone premiered on streaming platforms across the spectrum for the first time, and fans were understandably excited to see that Drizzy's freestyle over 'Ye's "Say You Will" was still intact. Since the song wasn't left off the project, it appears that Kanye or Kanye's team finally accepted Drake's request to clear the sample after Yeezy publicly denied the request two months ago.

During one of his Twitter rants in December 2018, Kanye called out Drake for his request after their feud exploded on social media. Afterwards, 'Ye specifically said that the sample would not be cleared.

"This proves shit faker than wrestling," Kanye said in a tweet with a screenshot of the request. "By the way... not cleared😂."

Although there's no confirmation as to how the sample got cleared, it seems like 'Ye may have changed his mind about granting Drake's wish within the last two months. Regardless of how this sample came to be cleared, fans are definitely happy to hear the track as it was meant to be heard.

On anniversary of So Far Gone yesterday, 10-year anniversary, Drizzy hit up Instagram to thank everyone involved with the project. He even thanked 'Ye for his influence. In the project's production credits listed on streaming services, Kanye is listed as a composer for  "Say What's Real."

"@kanyewest a decade ago I rapped over your beat cause you just made the best shit and even though you stay wildin on twitter these days I will never forget what you contributed to the game and my career," Drake said in his Instagram caption of his post that included his So Far Gone cover.
