It appears that Drake is finally at peace after his verbal quarrel with Kendrick Lamar that lasted over a year. If you recall, the two tangoed on various occasions, involving each artist taking light jabs at one another stemming from Kendrick's "Control" verse. Last night, (August 4th) Drake showed love to his former collaborator and dubbed him as "legendary".

“I want to shout out my n***a Kendrick Lamar,” said Drake as he stood next to Cole on stage. “Kendrick was on my album. We went on tour together. That’s one of the hardest n***as alive right there. He’s legendary, so shout out to him. He should be standing right there. There’s a lot of kings in this sh*t," said Drake standing alongside J.Cole.

The love didn't stop there. Then, Drake took time out to shout-out Oklahoma City star and this year's NBA MVP Kevin Durant.

"My brother Kevin Durant was kind enough to come to the show and watch us. I just want him to see what would happen if he came to play in Toronto," said Drake, causing an uproar.

Will Drake be able to court KD and bring him to hoop alongside Kyle Lowry and Demar Derozan? Will Drake and Kendrick get on another track together? All our questions will be answered within time.
