DJ Khaled and His Son Asahd Do Daddy-and-Me Boot Camp With Kevin Hart
DJ Khaled and his one-year-old son Asahd are currently waging legal war over the trademark rights to Asahd's first name. Now, in the latest episode of Kevin Hart's YouTube series What the Fit, hip-hop's most beloved father-son combo battles another foe: exercise.
The comedian's show is dedicated to fitness, and in this edition, Hart convenes a group of young fathers for a workout session designed to teach dads that staying in shape and watching your children aren't mutually exclusive. The Harts, Khaleds and the other father-son teams tackle a range of activities, from crawling and jump rope to tag and lunges with their babies in tow.
Throughout, the "Wild Thoughts" artist offers Asahd the type of motivational mantras for which he became famous on Instagram. While Asahd lags behind the older kids in a crawling race, Khaled affirms, "You can do whatever you want! The world is yours! Me and you! Come on!"
Asahd is no stranger to DJ Khaled's public work, of course. The DJ brought his son along for an XXL cover shoot last spring, and more recently credited the boy as the executive producer of his latest album Grateful. Khaled's next album is reportedly titled Father of Asahd.
