Jennifer Lopez and DJ Khaled just linked up on national TV. On Sunday night (May 20), J.Lo took the stage at the 2018 Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas to perform her new Cardi B and Khaled-assisted new single, "Dinero," and quickly proceeded to shut things all the way down.

Unfortunately for fans everywhere, this "Dinero" performance had to be completed without Bardi, who recently explained that she'd be taking a break from music festivals as her pregnancy progresses. It's unclear whether or not she meant she was abstaining from performing in general, but either way you look at it, she wasn't around for the first performance of "Dinero." However, she did go home with an award for Top Rap Female Artist despite not being at the show, and video of her spitting her verse on the song played on the monitor above the stage.

Getting back to the performance, it was one that saw Khaled and Lopez standing on separate stages. For his part, Khaled reclined in a chair as he occasionally tossed up bits of cash into the air, aligning himself perfectly with the get money message of the song. On the more animated side of things was J.Lo, who rocked a mobster's outfit as she and a pretty sizable crew of backup dancers performed under the glow of golden lights. She definitely killed it.
