Back in 2013, U-God, Method Man and Scotty Wotty teamed up to unleash a gritty street record called "Fire," and now it's getting the remix treatment.

DJ Green Lantern offers up an epic new version of the former record, which is straight off U-God's forthcoming Bring Back God II mixtape. The remix to the 2013 original track features some new instrumentation and experimenting on the beat, putting a creative spin on The Keynote Speaker record.

The "Fire" remix is actually one of many exclusive remixes that Green Lantern is laying down on U-God's upcoming mixtape, which is slated to release on Feb. 2, 2018. The project is being released through Babygrande Records, which is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year.

U-God has kept himself especially busy this year in the music game, as he not only did a tribute to Cardi B on his "Wu-Dak Yellow" song, but he also joined Wu-Tang Clan at the 2017 Soul Train Awards last month.

The Wu-Tang veteran is also slated to drop his RAW: My Journey Into the Wu-Tang Clan memoir next year.

Take a listen to the DJ Green Lantern remix for U-God, Method Man and Ssotty Wotty's "Fire" record below.
