Diddy Brings Out Jay Z, Nas, Busta Rhymes and Usher at Bad Boy Reunion Show
The highly anticipated Bad Boy Reunion show kicked off last night (May 20) at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, and needless to say it was turnt TF up. The gang was all there including Ma$e, Mary J Blige, 112, Total, The Lox, Faith Evans, Cassie, Lil' Kim, Carl Thomas, Mario Winans, French Montana and Black Rob. But, as you probably guessed, the honorable Diddy was able to pull some strings and get some special guests to show up and perform including Jay Z, Nas, Busta Rhymes and Usher.
There was no live stream of the event but some footage of Hov and Esco's performances was captured via Nigel D. Puff and the fam spared no hit, performing every banger they've ever released in the last 20 years seemingly. Jigga surprised the crowd performing "Where I'm From" and "P.S.A." and Nas blessed the crowd with "Hate Me Now" and "Made You Look" (above).
This is just the beginning. Puff recently announced he will be taking the show on the road with a 25-city tour. Starting on Aug. 25 in Columbus, Ohio, the show will travel throughout North America hitting up cities like Chicago, Detroit, Baltimore, New York, Atlanta, Miami, Dallas, Washington D.C., Boston, Las Vegas and more before closing out on Oct. 8 in Oakland, Calif.
“This isn’t just a concert – this is a moment in hip hop and R&B history," Puff wrote in a statement about the tour. "The family and I are so excited to welcome fans into this once in a lifetime experience. This tour is 20 years in the making, and is a celebration of the hits and the Bad Boy lifestyle. The Bad Boy Family has set the standard for concert excellence, and this tour will be a testament to that!”
