Daytona Sleepwalks Through New York in “BDP” Video

Bringing New York Back is a taxing pursuit. In the new video for his soulful, Harry Fraud-produced "BDP," the artist formerly known as The Kid Daytona drifts in and out of consciousness on the subway, wandering by docks and mirrors and empty lawns. The song is culled from M.I.N.K.S., this month's tape that teams Daytona and Fraud together for a tight 12 tracks, featuring heavy hitters like Beanie Sigel, Problem, Freeway, Daz Dillinger, Chuck Inglish, Smoke DZA and more. On the smooth "Lights Off," Daytona raps alongside Chinx, who was tragically murdered just weeks after the tape dropped. M.I.N.K.S. is an attempt to meld revivalist NYC boom-bap sensibilities with of-the-moment production, the likes of which Fraud has provided to Action Bronson and other chart-topping rappers.
