Dame Dash and his ex-wife Rachel Roy are currently involved in a heated custody battle and the Roc-A-Fella co-founder is making some wild accusations against the mother of his two children, including allegations that she stole expensive jewelry from him and threatened the mogul at knife-point.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Dash is demanding full custody of 15-year-old Ava and 6-year-old Tallulah, claiming that Roy is a violent and unfit mother. He claims his life has been threatened on several occasions by the fashion designer who has thrown glass at him as well as pulling a knife during one altercation. The mud slinging doesn't stop there. Hov's former woe, also accuses Roy of driving the children around while intoxicated and even reports that she's gotten physical with his kids on occasion. He even reports she stole two diamond necklaces worth $20K in total.

In the past, Roy has made similar claims against Damon calling him a pot head with a history of violence. After wedding in 2005, the couple last just over four years before Roy filed for divorce in 2009.

This isn't the only court battle Dame is currently facing. A few days ago, it was reported Dame, along with Kanye West, is being sued by a Latin music duo based in New York who allege that West and Dash’s film, Loisaidas, infringes on and devalues their name. Loisaidas, depicts a dark outlook on life in Harlem and features cameos from, Murda Mook, The Lox, Smoke DZA and Dame himself.

On an empowering note, Dame, along with West, recently confirmed they are purchasing the online streetwear site Karmaloop.
