D Savage 3900 Stunts Hard on New Song “I Know II”

A sequel rarely lives up to the original, but that's not a problem for D Savage 3900, who just dropped "I Know II," a woozy new track that serves as a follow-up to last August's "I Know." You can listen to his latest below.

Featuring a slow-paced instrumental that's the audio equivalent of a constellation of purple stars seen from a smoked-out spaceship's window, "I Know II" finds D Savage flexing on his haters as dismissively as he can.

"I know, rocking fancy clothes/Fucked your ex bitch, I got some shit you wanna know," he raps in the first and only verse on the new track. "Catch me crusin' through the 9, posted at the corner store/I just got some drop, go cop me a faygo," he continues.

D Savage is currently on tour with Joey Fatts, a Long Beach, Calif. MC who signed him to his label, Cutthroat Records a while back. Months ago, XXL caught up with D Savage to discuss his come-up, and he touched on his relationship with the West Coast rapper.

“Joey Fatts, he was friends with Ian Connor. It really all happened to be a social media meeting,” D Savage explained. “We linked up through social media. He DM’d me and it was just good chemistry. He was on the same shit I was on.”
