After dropping his 45-track album Heartbreak on a Full Moon in October, Chris Brown now has a chain to go along with double-disc album.

Breezy revealed his new jewelry on Instagram over the weekend. Designed by jeweler Elliot Avianne, the piece is similar to the cover of the singer's album, featuring a bleeding heart on a diamond encrusted moon.

Avianne is no stranger to dealing with rappers. A quick look at the jeweler's Instagram page reveals jewelry created for Dave East, Metro Boomin, Future, Lil Baby, Big Sean, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie and many more. The jeweler is also the man behind Offset's famous Freakazoid chain and Takeoff's NASA-inspired bling.

Released on Halloween, Breezy's Heartbreak on a Full Moon includes a number of guest appearances. Rappers such as Dej Loaf, Lil Yachty, Gucci Mane, Yo Gotti, A Boogie, Kodak Black, Future and Young Thug all make appearances on the album.

Following the release of the 45-track project, CB released a new version of the album with an extra 12 songs. Titled, Cuffing Season: 12 Days of Christmas, the deluxe version includes songs with Agnez Mo, Trippie Redd, Ella Mai and Solo Lucci.

In related Chris Brown news, the R&B star recently teamed up with Remy Ma for her latest single, "Melanin Magic (Pretty Brown)." The song will be featured on the rapper's upcoming album, 7 Winters & 6 Summers.
