Don't cry any tears for Miami. While they might still be in the dumps because of the Heat loss in the NBA Finals, the city is also the launch site of one of the most anticipated tours of the summer; Jay Z and Beyonce's "On The Run" tour. Mr. and Mrs. Carter kicked of their cross country musical trek with a show that included a massive 41 song set list and a rare glimpse into their personal life.

The notoriously private couple opened their vault and shared footage from their wedding as part of the concert's opening. The pair walked down the aisle in 2008 and last night was the first look for anyone outside of their inner circle. While performing Jay's "Forever Young" the crowd erupted as video footage of the private wedding ceremony was shown.

Recently rumors of lack luster ticket sales for the power couple's arena tour were refuted when concert promoter Live Nation issued a statement.

“The On The Run Tour opens next Wednesday in Miami’s Sun Life Stadium to over 48,000 fans, then rolls to Cincinnati to a sellout crowd of more than 37,000 fans, and on July 1st more than 50,000 fans will pack Boston’s Gillette Stadium. With sellout nights across North America, these first three shows are indicative of the strong demand. Overall, the tour has sold well over 750,000 tickets, grossing more than $90 million, and has unprecedented VIP and Platinum ticket sales.”

The tour will continue through August. Check footage o The Carters wedding video below.
