Adidas Unveils the Harden Vol. 1 Red Glare Sneakers

Today, adidas and NBA basketball star, James Harden unveil the latest iteration of the Harden Vol. 1 sneaker, dubbed as the "Red Glare" model. Serving as a follow up to last month's Arizona State iteration, the newest colorway of the James Harden sneaker will be one of the boldest and brightest to date.

The Harden Vol. 1 will feature a vibrant leather toe shroud with a knit upper and matching accents designed in tonal shades of red. The Harden Vol. 1 identity challenges the traditional signature formula and features the Harden Mark original typography with three stripe's executions exclusive to James’ footwear and apparel. The Harden Mark implements design cues from the circle at center court, while the letter ‘H’ uniquely fuses with the brand’s iconic three stripes. Signature details are subtly built into Harden Vol. 1 through coded language that ties back to family, including the birthdates of his grandmother and mother molded onto the heel. James’ signature is also located on the medial side of both shoes on the toe.

The adidas Harden Vol. 1 Red Glare iteration launches on Fri., April 7, at select adidas retailers and accounts, as well as online, for a suggested price of $140.
