Adidas Unveils D Rose 7 Boost

Earlier today, German sportswear brand adidas unveiled the next signature sneaker of New York Knick point guard, Derrick Rose. Introducing the D Rose 7, the silhouette will be the latest addition to the D Rose sneaker line that began in 2012. Unveiling multiple colorways of the D Rose 7, adidas looks to have the summer on smash with different iterations of this sneaker.

Continuing to implement the Boost technology featured in previous D Rose sneakers, the D Rose 7 includes Primeknit material and synthetic fabrics on the canvas of each shoe as well as a GeoFit collar to help with comfortability and stability. Rounded out by a translucent outsole that features a heavy traction pattern, adidas presents today five upcoming iterations of the brand new D Rose 7 - "Solar Red," "Smoke Grey," "Hydration," "Chicago Away" and "Chicago Home." While Rose is signed to the Knicks now, the Three Stripes focused their iterations on Derrick's hometown of Chicago as well as his former NBA team, the Chicago Bulls, so expect adidas to create later down the line the D Rose 7 in multiple colors of the New York Knicks.

The first adidas D Rose 7 that is set to release will be the "Solar Red" iteration and it'll drop on Saturday, Aug. 11, at select adidas Basketball retailers. Look for the shoes to retail for a suggested price of $160 each.
