Two of Brooklyn's finest, 2 Milly and Maino, link up for a new track paying homage to the city that raised them. The two artists linked up for the remix to “Milly Rock” last year. For "Brooklyn," which is produced by CitoonTheBeat and led by a clip of Biggie, Maino and 2 Milly make a nice unexpected duo.

“As we all know, Maino did his remix version of ‘Milly Rock’ and that’s kind of where the relationship started,” said 2 Milly. “Maino is one of the older guys in the game, which I can say honestly isn't with any of the fake ish or BS. Since I've been in the game, that's one person I can call or text and never receive a bad vibe from. I got into the studio with CitoonTheBeat and told him I need a ‘Brooklyn’ anthem-type of vibe. He cooked the beat up right there on spot. When I laid my verse I thought of who would fit the best, and I instantly thought of Maino. Being that he's literally a few blocks over from where I’m from (Gates Block) (Bed Stuy), and he rocks the KOB name, I figured it would be a dope collab…So I hit him up, and once again we’re making history.”

2 Milly released Welcome To Millyville at the top of the year and still riding high of all the remixed of his hit single by a gang of rappers including Fabolous, A$AP Ferg, Rick Ross, and Chicago's Montana of 300.

Maino boast about their beloved borough and take listeners on a journey through the streets of BK. Bump "Brooklyn" above.
