If Drake could do it, then why not Wale? D.C.'s Washington Wizards and their hometown kid Wale will work together this season on luring in fans to their home games. Wizards' owner Ted Leonsis recently revealed that Wale would serve as the team's "Creative Liaison" for the 2014-2015 season.

"I'm excited to start building as the creative liaison for the Washington Wizards," he said today. "As a D.C. native and lifelong Wizards fan, this is truly an exciting and organic relationship for me. We've got some exciting projects up our sleeve that will roll out throughout the season."

Wale's first task will be performing during the Wizards' home opener during player introductions. In addition, Wale will be playing a huge part in social media promotions, merchandise designs, and more.
