Trev Rich is finally dropping off his anticipated Balance album and is shedding some serious light on the Denver rap scene. The new Cash Money signee is releasing his first full-length studio project with the record label after being signed last year, which contains 12 new tracks from the rising star.

The hip-hop MC follows up to his To Make a Long Story Short mixtape from 2016, featuring all new tunes from the Colorado native. Rich only recruits two guest features for the new album, Bh 2Dots and A.P., who bring out his potential hit-making abilities.

If you recall, Birdman met Trev Rich at Hit Factory in Miami, where the rapper played him two songs that won him over, leading to his record deal. While "Score" is not featured on Balance, fans do finally get a chance to hear "All Mine," which one of the tracks that Cash Money CEO heard at the time of their first meeting.

Rich's new project is currently streaming on Apple Music and Spotify, and fans can also order the album on iTunes as well. His music video for his "Questions" record is also slated to drop in the near future.
