Travis Scott Plans to Create Astroworld-Themed Smoking Accessories
Travis Scott is making plenty of money off rap, but he clearly has inspirations to add more to the vault by way of business ventures outside of hip-hop. For his latest plan, the rapper is working on putting together an Astroworld-themed line of smoking accessories.
Travis and his team have been busy applying for trademarks and putting things in order for new outlets of revenue for the Houston native in recent months. On Friday (Nov. 30), TMZ reported that the "Sicko Mode" rapper had applied for a trademark that would allow him to sell smoking accessories with his Astroworld logo plastered on them. This includes bongs, pipes and hookahs.
Last month, it was revealed that Scott also plans on making Astroworld-themed jewelry as well. La Flame filed trademark paperwork to secure the use of Astroworld on "jewelry, clocks, watches, key chains, jewelry cases and even dog chains."
Three months ago, he filed trademark paperwork to make clothing and accessories under the names S.P.A.C.E., S.P.A.C.E 1991 and S.P.A.C.E 2001. The Texas rhymer clearly has big plans.
Scott is in the midst of his Astroworld: Wish You Were Here Tour. At a recent show date in New York City at Madison Square Garden, Scott surprised the crowd by bringing out Kendrick Lamar for the song "Goosebumps." Travis recently had to postpone four shows in Tampa Bay, Fla., Hartford, Conn., Cleveland, Ohio and Milwaukee, Wisc. due to technical issues.
