2001: Nelly releases the his "Ride Wit Me." After charting massive success with his two previous hit-singles "Country Grammer" and "E.I." - both of which were certified Platinum by the RIAA - Nelly decided upon "Ride Wit Me" as the third single off 2001's Country Grammar. Produced by Jay E and featuring City Spud, the single peaked at #3 on the Billboard Hot 100 and was later certified Gold by the RIAA. "Ride Wit Me" has also been featured in a number of films and television shows, including Osmosis Jones, Are We There Yet?, Scary Movie 2 and even "King of the Hill."
