The Game Speaks on Sexual Assault Accuser, $7.1 Million He Owes: “F*!k a Bitch That’s Suing”
The Game doesn't appear to be fazed by losing the final appeal in his $7 million dollar lawsuit.
Back on Oct. 19, The Game hit the stage for his How The West Was Won concert at the FivePoint Amphitheatre in Irvine, Calif. During the show, The Game told the crowd how he really feels about having to cough up $7.1 million to former reality show contestant Priscilla Rainey, who sued the rapper for sexual assault.
“Everybody got something to say, this that. I don’t give a fuck about none of that. I’ve been in the game my whole career, I ain’t deterred, I’m me!” The Game said. “Today I read on the internet, nigga they say I lost 7 million, shit! What I’ma do now, is Popeyes hiring? 7 million... he must be broke!”
According to court documents obtained by XXL, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit affirmed the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division decision to dismiss the rapper's request for a retrial in the case of The Game versus model Priscilla Rainey. The jury in the case, which was resolved in November of 2016, determined that Game would have to pay a combined $7.1 million to the model.
The 2016 ruling came a year after Rainey sued The Game for sexual assault. She claimed that the rapper molested her during an off-camera date while filming his reality show, She's Got Game. Since The Game didn't show up for his court date, a default judgment was later declared in Rainey's favor. However, Game never paid her.
“Fuck a bitch that’s suing,” The Game said during his onstage rant.
