Styles P Celebrates Book Release Tonight, XXL Hosts Ticket Giveaway

In celebration of Invincible, Styles P’s first novel, the D-Block rapper will be performing at S.O.B.’s in NYC tonight (June 8) and XXLMag.com has two pairs of tickets to giveaway.

The first two fans to email XXL@harris-pub.com using the subject line “Styles P Tix,” along with their full name and the answer to the following question will win entrance to the show. Styles isn’t the first rapper turned author. Name three other MCs turned novelists. Members of the XXL staff will notify the winners.

Invincible tells the story of a man who lands in jail after killing two stick up kids that try to rob him. Once locked up he is haunted by people that threaten to revenge their friend’s death. “It’s just a fiction joint,” The Lox rep told XXL in a prior interview about the book. “I’m just trying to get in another lane and do something creative.”
