Violence begets violence. After helping craft a Grammy nominated single in the form of "Studio", BJ The Chicago Kid taps his TDE brethen ScHoolboy Q for a reunion on his track "It's True." With violence running rampant in the U.S. as of late, BJ wanted to pay his respects to all the ones who passed through sinister acts of violence.

He premiered his video with FADER and explained his initial fear when sending ScHoolBoy Q over the record. "I was initially very nervous playing this track for ScHoolboy Q," BJ told The FADER in an email. "It is a PSA. Its mission is to let people know that you do not have to be involved in gang-like activity to be affected by it, to be hurt or killed by it. This life is real and can hurt the most innocent of people."
