If you feel like you’ve got your full of Pharrell’s “Happy” its probably because it is the most played song on radio this year. It has become the first song to take over six singular-format airplay charts, topping Pop Songs, Adult Pop Songs, Adult Contemporary, Rhythmic Songs, Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop and Adult R&B Songs.

The single peaked with 226 million listens in a week on Radio Songs back in April, only falling second to another hit featuring Skateboard P, “Blurred Lines,” with a weekly high of 229 million in August of 2013.

Based on the Nielson’s BDS mid-year report “Happy” has garnered 571,000 spins, which means it reached a total audience of 3.3 billion in six months.
