Pharrell reveals the video for "Yellow Light," a single off the Despicable Me 3 soundtrack, which he is executive producing.

The visual finds Pharrell sitting on a stoop on a sunny day. As he starts his journey, rocking a pair of pink Timbs that would make Cam'ron proud, he is joined by a group of Minions. However, the comical characters can't seem to keep pace and are constantly getting sidetracked.

Toward the end, Pharrell is transported to the animated world where he must navigate through a video game scene. “We don’t care for no trouble/We just wanna get in/Let’s make out like we’re lovers/And take it slow/Now everybody knows/Here we go,” he sings.

Pharrell is surely hoping to have similar success with this single as he did with “Happy,” Skateboard P's smash-hit single off the Despicable Me 2 soundtrack. That will be a tall task. "Happy" was the best-selling song in the U.S. in 2014, and the No. 1 song in United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland and New Zealand plus 19 other countries. The song was Pharrell’s first No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 as a lead solo artist. Despicable Me 3 is due in theaters June 30. The soundtrack will be available on June 23.

In other Pharrell-related news, the Virginia super producer recently reunited in the studio with N.O.R.E. The Queens rapper revealed the upcoming collab via Instagram, posting a picture of himself and P in the studio. He captioned the pic, "Yes b4 the roots picnic me and @pharrell handled some over do Buisness in the studio haha made my favorite record I ever made in 20 years I can't thank this guy Enuff the best producer of all times I saw him make magic for 20 years n he still making shit sound like heaven thx Sk8brd." Once again it's on.
