Here’s a Timeline of Meek Mill and Beanie Sigel’s Recent Beef
Over the last few weeks, the beef between Meek Mill and Beanie Sigel has spiraled out of control. The two Philly-bred MCs went from allies to enemies in a matter of days, and it doesn't look like they'll be patching things up anytime soon. Meek went to having trouble with The Game to now fighting two battles simultaneously, leaving the not only the Philly rap world but the genre at extreme odds.
It all started when Beanie unexpectedly appeared on Meek's diss track, "OOOUUU," which was aimed at The Game. Shortly after, Beanie was jumped at the Bad Boy Reunion show in Philly because Meek's camp allegedly got word that he was leaking information to The Game and his manager. Beanie's claims of helping the Dreamchasers camp with their lyrics on the diss record following the fight at the concert then popped up, which played a huge role in the beef continuing. Beanie is basically calling out Meek for the exact same thing the latter accused Drake of in 2015, igniting their historical beef.
While Meek has responded to Beanie both on social media and in a freestyle on Hot 97, and allegedly had the rap veteran jumped, Beanie is seemingly playing more of the dominant role in this beef. He's dropped three diss tracks going at Meek following the fight, spoken in three interviews and even insinuated that Meek's girl, Nicki Minaj, had sex with his arch enemy, Drake. Not to mention, a phone call recently surfaced with Beanie siding with The Game on wax.
