LeBron James and the Miami Heat will tip-off against the Oklahoma City Thunder to begin the NBA Finals Tuesday night (June 12). One rapper who definitely does not want to see King James and the Heat capture the NBA title is Machine Gun Kelly.

After spitting the line, “Never mind that’s just Kells with that Heat, no LeBron though,” on his hit, “Wild Boy,” the Cleveland MC echoed that sentiment on a recent radio station stop.

“Oh no, he’s not taking it,” MGK s said in reference to LeBron on Power 107.5. “If he doesn’t do it this year, then he won’t do it again.”

Of course, Kells angst toward James doesn’t exactly derive from nowhere.

In July 2010, James controversially announced that he’d be leaving the Cleveland Cavaliers team he was playing on to take his “talents to South Beach and join the Miami Heat” during an ESPN-televised special entitled, The Decision. Like many Cleveland natives, MGK felt betrayed. Adding fuel to the fire is the fact that James is an Akron, Ohio native.

This isn’t the first time, MGK took shots at King James. Last year, he told HipHopDX that he doesn’t like the basketball superstar whatsoever.

"I don't really like [LeBron] at all," MGK said. "That guy's a really poor example of a human being. We don't really roll like that. We west boys stay true to [our] mothaf****n' homes, and heroes don't leave when they're in need."

Last year, Lil Wayne also called out the Heat’s superstars—James and Dwyane Wade—for failing to show him love anytime he was courtside and in attendance during their games.
