Ludacris has been granted primary custody of his 1-year-old daughter Cai Bridges. “After review of all the evidence, the testimony of the witnesses, the report of the guardian ad litem, and the claims made throughout this entire case, I am gratified that the judge found me to be the most fit and proper parent to have primary physical custody of our beautiful daughter,” said Ludacris in his official statement.

Ludacris and his baby mama, Tamika Fuller, were engaged in a custody battle over Cai for some time. Fuller was seeking full custody of their daughter, along with $7,000 a month in child support from the Atlanta rapper. Luda, real name Christopher Brian Bridges, had intimate relations with Ms. Fuller during a past break-up with his now wife Eudoxie Agnan. The results was Cai, born December 9, 2013. Instead of leaving him, Agnan stayed by the Fast And Furious actor and eventually worked it out.

Luda recently proposed and married his longtime girlfriend Agnan on Christmas Day. Earlier this month, word broke out that Fuller did not believe Luda's intentions were pure with the swift marriage, but rather a play in the custody battle over Cai. In Tamika's testimony in court, she was shocked Luda wanted full custody, stating that he bribed her to have an abortion. TMZ obtained the testimony video, which you can watch below.

It looks like the judge sided with Luda on this one. In other news, Luda released a new mixtape earlier this month called LudaVerses. It's a 20-minute compilation that features guest verses, remixes and freestyles the ATL native has recently done.
