Following Tech N9ne's "No Reason (The Mosh Pit)" video, Lil Xan is the latest artist to take part in DJ Whoo Kid's In the DJ Booth series and premieres his newest song, "Basically."

Similar to the Strange Music founder's video, the "Basically" visual features close-up shots of Lil Xan while psychedelic graphics of the lyrics appear in the background. Whoo Kid also makes a quick cameo in the video, appearing behind Diego as he spits his bars.

Whoo Kid's In the DJ Booth series originally began on Instagram with artists such as G-Eazy and Tony Yayo getting in on the fun, but the DJ knew he had something big on his hands if he took it to another platform.

"I just wanted to make a cool concept for artists to promote their shit, instead of just the usual boring generic videos," DJ Whoo Kid told XXL. "If you already listen to my show on Shade 45 you know we're always wildin' out and doing crazy shit, so this just adds to that. POW!"

Last week, in response to the backlash he received for his comments about Tupac Shakur, Xan revealed he will no longer be doing interviews. The move came after Revolt TV posted a clip of the Total Xanarchy rapper rating Tupac's music a two out of 10 and calling it boring.

"You know what ima just stop saying how I feel and I’m done doing interviews," he tweeted. "No more interviews. I love my fans to death but I can’t let these companies keep taking advantage of me and using me to further there shit, it’s fucked."
