In just a short amount of time, Lil Skies has built a buzz that’s difficult to ignore. The 19-year-old Waynesboro, Pa. native began his career on SoundCloud, releasing multiple buzzworthy songs like “Signs of Jealousy,” “Lust” and “Change Your Life.” Gaining the attention of industry heads and music critics alike, Skies’ music earned the Skies a recording contract with Atlantic Records in 2017. To kick off the new year, he released his major label debut mixtape Life of a Dark Rose in January. The project peaked at No. 10 on the Billboard 200, yielding two of Skies’ biggest hits to date with “Red Roses” and “Nowadays,” which both landed on the Billboard Hot 100. It's clear that Lil Skies has a bright future ahead.
