Lil B to Join Danny Brown for Bruiser Thanksgiving Event in Detroit
This fall, Danny Brown will host his fourth Bruiser Thanksgiving event in Detroit, and when he does, Lil B will be by his side. The BasedGod announced the news himself earlier on Friday afternoon (Sept. 8).
The event, which is designed to help charities in the Detroit area, will take place on the day before Thanksgiving, and Lil B will take the stage to perform either just before or just after Danny Brown. Needless to say, the event should be very dope.
Last year, Brown released his latest album Atrocity Exhibition, and it was ultimately one of the stronger releases of 2016. Now, fans can probably expect him to perform a few tracks at this year's Bruiser Thanksgiving event. It should prove epic. Making it even more epic is the presence of Lil B. The BasedGod is now just a few weeks removed from the release of Black Ken. Hopefully Danny and Lil B perform their collabs from Hawaiian Snow.
In other Lil B news, the rapper recently threatened to curse Los Angeles Lakers rookie Lonzo Ball after the young ball player claimed that no one listens to Nas anymore.
“Lonzo ball is a few seconds away from being cursed his rookie year on the lakers, nas is hip hop and always relevant, watch ur team – Lil B,” the Bay Area rapper said at the time. “Didnt the lakers just trade a snitch deanglo Russell? Lakers front office what’s y’all problem? Step ur PGs up. LONZO WATCH UR MOUTH – Lil B.” He's since backed down, saying it's all love with Big Baller Brand.
