Kanye West has officially changed the title of his one of his latest bangers, “Theraflu,” to “Way Too Cold.”

Last week, Kanye released the song on the net and garnered immediate kudos from fans and media. The company brand Theraflu, not so positive.

TMZ quoted a company rep that said "We in no way endorse or approve of the references or use of the image and likeness of Theraflu in this manner...Theraflu is an over-the-counter product used to help relieve cold and flu symptoms that millions of consumers rely on."

PETA was equally irate at Kanye's line of "Tell PETA my pink is draggin' on the floor" in the aftermath of the song’s release. The organization’s spokesperson, Dan Mathews said in a statement sent to XXL:

“What’s draggin’ on the floor is Kanye’s reputation as a man with no empathy for animals or human beings.” His words, were in direct response of Kanye’s lyrics “Can’t a young nigga get money anymore./Someone tell PETA my mink is draggin’ on the floor.”

“Way Too Cold” features DJ Khaled and can be bought on Kanye’s official website, as well as the usual retailers.  Last week was a busy one for West as he also put out the first release from the G.O.O.D. Music album (due this summer) “Mercy.” That track co-stars Big Sean, Pusha T and their Def Jam labelmate 2 Chainz.—Shaheem Reid
