An updated, paperback version of Jay-Z’s New York Times bestselling book Decoded is scheduled to hit shelves next month.

The new edition of the tome will includes the back stories behind three of Jay’s songs that were not included in the original hardcover copy—“I Know” from American Gangster, Hov’s last collaboration with the Notorious B.I.G. “Young Gz” and the song fans voted that they most wanted explained, “Lost One” off of Kingdom Come.

In addition, the paperback will also feature a new chapter that finds Jigga reflecting on the experience of creating Decoded and the book’s response thus far.

The paperback version of Decoded will be released on November 1. —Christopher Minaya
