Listen to Gucci Mane, Hoodrich Pablo Juan and Yung Mal’s New Song “Yeah Yeah”
We're just a couple of weeks away from hearing the anticipated 1017 Eskimo Presents: Eskimo Boys Vol. 1 project, but for now, we're getting a taste of what's to come. Gucci Mane teams up with Hoodrich Pablo Juan and Yung Mal to deliver the second single off of the compilation debut, "Yeah Yeah," which dropped Thurs., March 22.
The new record from Guwop, Hoodrich and Mal contains a trap-infused beat, with the three hip-hop stars rapping about their rise to success and how they're embracing their fame and fortune. There's even some signature-styled flexing bars from Mr. Davis, which include him spitting about signing both Pablo Juan and Mal to his 1017 Records label.
"I signed Pablo, he told me, 'Go get Mal and Quill' (Blo, Mal)/‘Cause we so trill (Quill, Wop)," Gucci rhymes. "Yeah, fuck 12, I’m a Eskimo myself (brr brr)/Can’t sign no snitch ass nigga, that would hurt my rep (no)/Found out he pussy, told him keep the cash and dip."
The second verse features Hoodrich, who makes sure to boast about his luxury cars, women and cash.
"Cookin’ the chickens on the pot like roasts (boom)/All my hundreds blue just like my Locs (blue hundreds)," he spits. "All my bitches bad, they do the most (she bad)/I be poppin’ tags to jump in the Ghost/Gotta watch your swag, they takin’ down notes/Swear bitches like the jewellery, make ‘em vote."
Mal finishes things off with the last verse, encouraging all rappers on the rise to sign with the East Atlanta Santa rapper if they want to see some real money.
"All these hoes on my dick ‘cause I signed me a deal/Better sign to Big Wop if you want you a mil," Mal raps. "Bust down on my left wrist, I should’ve bought a crib (ice)/The pack just touched down, that’s a football field."
1017 Eskimo Presents: Eskimo Boys Vol. 1 drops on April 6 through Gucci's 1017 Eskimo Records. Along with Hoodrich Pablo Juan and Yung Mal, there are also features from other artists on the imprint's roster including Z Money, Lil Wop and Lil Quill. Fans previously heard the collective's first single, "We Don't Luv Em' (Remix)" with Hoodrich Pablo Juan and Gucci last month.
